Building Operations
Volunteering in the operations area of the church is a great way to 'get your hands dirty.' Literally! Many people enjoy being behind the scenes, which is where we serve. You can set up chairs for weekend services, shovel sidewalks, cut grass, clean the building, restock restrooms, change light bulbs, perform light maintenance, and more. Little or no training is needed. Daytime, evening, and weekend volunteer positions are available. The times you can serve are flexible to fit your schedule. Just an hour or two can make a huge difference!
Try Me!
"Try Me!" are Simply Serve opportunities that have been created so you can try a volunteer position on for size to see if it's a fit. No formal training is needed for these opportunities, just a willing heart.
Critical
Critical opportunities are needs of an immediate nature, where you can make an impact right away. Long and short term opportunities are available that are critical to the success of ministry at GBCC.
Intermediate
Volunteers are indispensable. It is through their support and service that the church's vital programs are accomplished. You can serve once in a while or on a regular basis. Check out GBCC's Intermediate volunteer opportunities to see what you could get jazzed about!
